I invite all potential clients to schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. This gives us both an opportunity to ensure you feel comfortable and confident that you'll be heard and treated with respect before scheduling your first appointment. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule your intake session.

In your first session, we will discuss your goals, concerns, and what brought you to therapy. This is also when I will learn about your preferences and needs so we can collaborate on the best approach for your unique situation.

I work with couples who feel like distance and conflict are getting between them, or whose romance has turned to more of a roommate situation.
For individuals, I support people working on self-worth and dignity, clearing out harmful self-narratives, and addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also help individuals gain clarity on what they need and want in relationships.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions based on your preference, availability, and needs. Many clients prefer to meet in person for their first session to establish safety and comfort. My office is located in a charming building in downtown Lake Oswego. It's a peaceful, cozy space that clients often say feels relaxing and welcoming.

This varies significantly based on your individual goals and needs, and ultimately it is up to you. For couples using EFT, therapy typically ranges from 8-20 sessions, though I've worked with some couples for up to two years.
Individual therapy length depends entirely on what you're hoping to achieve. EMDR can be more expedient than traditional talk therapy for trauma processing. Most importantly, you're in charge of determining when you feel ready to conclude therapy.
